Refund policy

Online Purchases:

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for a purchase that has been made through www.1stproject.com.au. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Items being returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and condition and free of any damage with all original tags attached.

To request a return or exchange please email hello@1stproject.com.ay and include your original invoice number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange and please explain your reason for the request. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive a request reply. 

In-Store Purchases and Click & Collect Purchases:

For any return/exchange on purchases made in our store or collected from our store, please return them to us at the store. 

Items being returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and condition and free of any damage with all original tags attached.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
